Hand blended, small batches made with care, packaged and labeled by hand. Our pigments are long-lasting, saturated, and super blendable, made by makeup artists in Philadelphia, PA to be professional quality but easy enough to use for the every day makeup lover.

RRC products contain no carmine, beeswax, or other animal-derived ingredients. Our dyes are FDA batch certified, our stearates are vegetable-derived, and our waxes are plant and synthetic sourced. Whatever your lifestyle, we believe your beauty routine is the last place you should have worry about animal cruelty. We rely on micas, dyes, silicones, and plant oils/waxes to bring you the best quality cosmetics without the animal involvement.

Our ingredients are not tested on animals, nor are our finished products. Our goal is to provide saturated pigments that are vegan and cruelty free and work with demanding lifestyles, following you from the office to the gig to the club, and back home again. From sourcing to final products, no part of our cosmetic processes involve animal testing. Instead, we test on entertainment professionals like drag performers, musicians, burlesque dancers, and other folks whose makeup simply MUST stand up to harsh conditions.
